Lauren Olson

Lauren Olson founded and owns Radiance Medical Aesthetics & Wellness, a medical spa in The Woodlands, Texas. Her medical career started in 1982 and includes earlier work in internal medicine, endocrinology and family practice, plus a role as clinical coordinator of a diabetes clinic. In 1995 she turned to clinical skincare, and she now works as an injector, using neuromodulators and dermal fillers. Her treatment menu also covers PDO thread lifts, regenerative skin treatments, laser procedures and spider vein treatment. Her areas of expertise are advanced aesthetic skincare, anti-aging and functional medicine. She also speaks and teaches, and the Houston Federation of Professional Women named her a Woman of Excellence in 2012. Outside the clinic she has been president of the Women's Business Forum and of the Texas A&M Women Former Students Network, and chair of the board of the Cypress Symphony.
