Lauren Lanier owns Face Factory, where she also works as an aesthetician. She is a licensed esthetician and holds Face Reality certifications as an Acne Expert and as a Specialist. She has over 11 years working as an esthetician. Her education includes study at Aveda, and she has completed coursework with Face Reality, Skin Therapeutic, Glymed, Glo Skin, Glacial Skin, Herbal Skin Solutions and Zemits. She holds multiple certifications in chemical peels, microneedling, cryo aesthetics and acne expertise, and she continues to take continuing education on current techniques and trends. Acne management and corrective skincare form the core of her work. At the clinic she performs microneedling and customized corrective facials for clients dealing with acne, aging, or a wish for a healthy-looking glow. Each client receives a personalized treatment plan built around their skin needs, and during a Factory Customized Facial she chooses the treatments and products on the spot to suit the client's skin.
