Lauren Decosimo

Lauren Decosimo works as a wedding and bridal hair stylist, holding the title Master Bridal Hair Artist. She is also a Destination Wedding Specialist and Beauty Director based in New York City, and the founder and artistic director of Pinned & Proper. She has more than 20 years of experience in luxury bridal beauty.

She holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and a BA in Marketing, and is a member of The Knot Hall of Fame. She mentors stylists in luxury service. Her work includes providing glam teams for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week and Bridal Fashion Week and working on the Hard Rock Hotel Grand Re-Opening in NYC. She has styled the wedding of Peta Murgatroyd and Maksim Chmerkovskiy at Oheka Castle.

She focuses on bridal hair, including updos and styling for bridal parties, and on soft glam, romantic, editorial and fashion-inspired wedding looks. She offers on-location and destination wedding styling and curated glam teams for multi-day events. Her bridal work is exclusively for clients who want high-end artistry and service, and she serves clients in Palm Beach, Miami, New York and destinations worldwide. Her clients include brides, bridesmaids and mothers of the bride and groom. Hair for bridal parties is done on site at homes, hotels and venues, and she provides hair trials before the wedding.
