Lauren Constance

Lauren Constance is the owner and stylist at Crimson & Clover Holistic Hair Lounge, and she founded the salon. She has been a hairstylist since 2006 and works as a hair extension specialist and colorist, with specialties in hair extensions and lived-in color.

She focuses on custom extensions for fine hair, and works with women who have fine or thinning hair, including those whose hair has changed after pregnancy, stress or aging. She also welcomes clients coming in after a negative extension experience elsewhere. Rather than using one standard technique, she customizes the extension method for each client. Before recommending a method, she assesses scalp health, hair density, texture and strength, and each visit begins with a consultation on goals and hair history. She works on one guest at a time, and new guests receive a personalized Pinterest board based on their hair goals.
