Lauren Ballachey is a co-owner of Dollface Beauty. She started at the salon in 2014 as a receptionist and makeup artist, and has since become one of its owners.
She trained as an aesthetician at SFICU and became a licensed aesthetician in 2016. Her first microblading training was with Melissa Byrne of Arches in Sonoma, California. In early 2022 she trained in nano brows with Maya Moore of Moore Beauty Love. She moved her professional focus to microblading eyebrows in 2020.
Her specialties include brows, tinting, waxing, microblading and nano brows. Skin is also a core area of interest for her, with a focus on natural enhancements.
