Laurel Davis is the owner and founder of The Look & Co. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner with NP-C and CANS credentials, and she has 30 years of experience as a nurse, 19 of them specializing in aesthetics.

Her aesthetic career started in plastic surgery, where she consulted with L'Oréal on skincare line development. She trained for Merz Aesthetics for 11 years, has organized continuing medical education programs in the aesthetics industry, and instructs aesthetic providers across the country. She has trained more than 3,000 injectors and has taken several courses on facial anatomy. She also works as a provider for lip, under-eye and cheek filler treatments.
