Laura Olds

Laura Olds founded MELO and owns the practice, where she works as a massage therapist and advanced practice esthetician. She has 17+ years of experience, and her massage credential is listed as MT, for massage therapist.

She trained in massage therapy at Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodyworks, completing the program in 2006, and in esthetics at Saint Paul College, completing it in 2008. She holds an Advanced Practice Esthetician credential dated 2018. After craniosacral training at Heartwood Institute, completed in 2022, she was certified as a craniosacral therapist in 2023.

Her practice spans massage therapy, craniosacral therapy and esthetics. Beyond the appointment, she suggests practical lifestyle changes, product routines and tips that support the work done in the chair.
