Laura McDonald

Laura McDonald owns Rewind Time and practices there as a nurse practitioner. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-BC) with an MSN, is credentialed as an APRN, and is licensed in Kansas and Missouri. She started on a nursing path in 2010 and moved from LPN to RN to nurse practitioner, with much of her nursing experience as a travel nurse in home health, hospitals and long-term care. She has more than a decade of medical experience, including five years as a nurse practitioner. Her injectable training includes neurotoxins and dermal fillers through AMET, several aesthetics certifications through Dr. Tim Pierce, and hormone replacement therapy training for men and women through Elite NP. She is also certified in InstaSculpt and triLift by Lumenis, and she performs every triLift treatment at the Lenexa studio. Her specialties are neurotoxins, dermal fillers and facial balancing. She also treats hair thinning with prescription treatments alongside in-office SkinPen and PRP. She places filler to enhance features rather than change them, in private, unhurried appointments, and she tells patients when a treatment is not a good fit. Reviewing appearance and bloodwork together, she looks at hormone or metabolic causes behind a concern.
