About
Laura Canavan is a board-certified nurse practitioner in Rhode Island who holds the FNP-C credential. Her experience covers acute and outpatient care. Before pursuing her graduate degree, she spent three years as a critical care nurse. She earned her registered nurse training at the University of Rhode Island, graduating cum laude, and returned to the same university for her Family Nurse Practitioner master's, also cum laude, in 2017. Her aesthetic training includes certificates of completion in Advanced Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Fillers I and II from Aesthetics Medical Training and Empire Medical Training, along with a certification in Vitamin Infusions and Injectables from The Elite NP. She also serves as an officer in the Army National Guard.
