Laura Bodine owns Luxus Aesthetics and holds the DNP, FNP-BC and NP-C credentials. She started her nursing career in 2007. She worked as a floor nurse on the stem cell transplant unit at St. Jude Children's Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, and also provided home visits for American military families stationed in Germany.
She graduated from OHSU, completed a Master of Public Administration while living in Germany, and received her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2015 from the Medical University of South Carolina. After becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked in palliative care and hospice, and during that time she worked toward training and certification as an aesthetic injector.
Her injectable and skin work includes neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, platelet-rich plasma and microneedling.
