Latoya Beverly

Latoya Beverly co-founded LuxSchön, where she serves as Director of Education. She also founded Luxury Aesthetics Institute, where she is CEO, and co-founded LuxSchön Med Spa. Across more than 20 years in healthcare, business strategy and leadership, she worked previously as a Respiratory Care Practitioner. Her consulting work has included Fortune 500 healthcare organizations such as Aetna, Kaiser Permanente, UnitedHealthcare and Optum. Her degrees are a bachelor's in Business and a Master of Science in Management. She holds certifications as a Certified Laser Technician and Laser Safety Officer, and a license as a Licensed Holistic Health Practitioner. She created the Lux Equity Framework, which guides inclusive, melanin-conscious education and care at both Luxury Aesthetics Institute and LuxSchön.
