Lady Lil has worked professionally in hair for 35 years and has run a salon in the New York metropolitan area for more than 15 years. As owner of the salon, she specializes in all hair extension techniques and also teaches them.
Her work extends into visagism, the practice of enhancing the face through color, cut and cosmetics. Her areas of work also include podiatry. Her training includes a visagism specialization and a course on innovation in extensions.
