Lady Ballan Desolidad

Lady Ballan Desolidad founded D'5th Element Skincare and serves as its Founder and Chief Executive Officer. She is also a professor and educator at WONM Graduate University, Japan Campus. Her listed international experience in Japan runs from 2001 to 2021, and during that time she taught at Tokyo International Business College and OES International Academy.

Her interests center on integrative skincare education, wellness instruction and esthetic treatments, along with behavioral science, applied behavior analysis, functional neuroscience and neuroplasticity. Her work also covers sensory wellness and longevity education, professional development and interdisciplinary learning. Educational activities may be online, hybrid or in person, depending on the program.
