Lacy is the owner of Lace Brows & Beauty and a licensed esthetician. She trained at the Chesapeake School of Esthetics in Arnold, Maryland, graduating in 2010 as a licensed esthetician, and has trained at the International Dermal Institute.
She has worked for the skin care companies Mario Badescu and La Mer. She also worked at Anastasia Beverly Hills as a counter manager and account coordinator. She opened Lace Brows & Beauty in 2016.
