Kristen-Anne Thomas

Kristen-Anne Thomas owns and runs Reviv Beauty Med Spa, which she opened in 2024 in Sanford, where she is the sole injector. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) with over fifteen years in healthcare. Her nursing work started at Cleveland Clinic and continued at Doctors Hospital and Memorial Hospital West. In 2021 she shifted into aesthetic medicine, learning at several med spas across Central and South Florida before launching her own practice.

Her academic background includes a BSN and an APRN from Barry University. She is AMI-certified through the Allergan Medical Institute, is listed as an authorized Allergan provider, and is continuing advanced Allergan training through 2027. She completed Dr. Mauricio de Maio's MD Codes course and has continuing education in advanced microtox and Daxxify intradermal protocols. For ultrasound-guided work she studied advanced vascular anatomy and technique under David Weir, including liquid rhinoplasty, and has trained on the Clarius L20 HD3 high-frequency ultrasound for vascular mapping. She has been a Dermatology Nurses Association member since 2013 and a Florida Nurses Association member since 2016.

Her practice centers on Juvederm-exclusive injections, including lip filler with Volbella XC and Ultra XC, and a Russian-technique option for vertical lift. She also offers Botox and Daxxify for masseter, gummy smile and lip flip treatments, and uses ultrasound mapping for complex cases. At the free consultation she reviews medical history, distinguishes dynamic from static lines, discusses goals, and gives a unit count and cost before any injection.
