Kimberly Yap Tan

Kimberly Yap Tan is an esthetician and the founder of with & within. She has been a licensed esthetician since 2004, trained at the SF Institute of Esthetics & Cosmetology and has continued her education through further courses. Before opening her own clinic she worked at spas across San Francisco, from neighborhood salons to luxury day and medi-spas, and she studied directly with acne researcher Dr. James E. Fulton Jr. and esthetician Laura Cooksey. She opened skinSALVATION in 2008 and works on acne. She has trained more than 10 estheticians who together treated over 3,000 clients. She is the author of Clear Skin for Everyone. She combines in-clinic treatments with guidance on lifestyle, internal health and topical skincare. She is known for detail-oriented treatments and practical lifestyle education.
