Kimberly Wells is the Master Nail Specialist at Restoration Hand & Foot Co. She started working in nails in 1991, shortly after completing nail school that summer, first as a self-employed pedicurist and manicurist. She has concentrated solely on her own nail business for the past 26 years. She holds a Nail Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Cosmetology, obtained in 1991, and she also studied at Northern Kentucky University, where she earned a degree in early childhood education.
She offers services for common foot ailments that might otherwise lead to surgery or ongoing discomfort. Her earlier work with elderly clients and in in-home care sparked an interest in clinical work. She has completed recent foot care training and certifications.
She has applied to a pediatric assistant program and hopes to bring her skills into a more clinical role.
