Kimberly Richards works as a paramedical aesthetician and board certified permanent cosmetic professional, holding the CPCP credential. She has eleven years of experience in permanent makeup. She focuses on microblading, powder brows, eyeliner with or without flares, lip liner and lip fill, areola pigmentation, scalp pigmentation and scar camouflaging.

Beyond permanent makeup, she is certified in Syneron's Emax and Isolaz lasers, Sandstone's laser tattoo removal and laser resurfacing, and Alexandria body sugaring. She is also a Jessner peel specialist, a LamProbe specialist and a Bufflight specialist, and she is certified in Cry Baby semi-permanent mascara and as an xTreme eyelash extensionist.

She has also taught permanent makeup application to apprentices for five years.
