Kimberly Ayala Vega

Kimberly Ayala Vega founded Golden Rose Wellness & Medical Spa in Apopka, Florida, where she serves as founder, medical director and nurse practitioner and still sees patients at the clinic. She holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP), is a board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C), and is licensed in Florida as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). She has about a decade of aesthetic nursing experience in Apopka and more than ten years across primary care, regenerative aesthetics and functional wellness.

Her work centers on aesthetics and functional medicine, including injectables, hormone-related care and skin rejuvenation. She personally performs injectable, hormone and medical weight-loss treatments, and she oversees laser and skin services carried out by trained team members. Her plans weigh skin, hormones and overall health together, so treatment can combine injectables, laser, skin care, hormone support and weight-loss support.

She leads the clinic's hands-on injector training, including the Introduction to Neuromodulators course for licensed medical professionals, with demonstrations and supervised practice. She also teaches Botox technique, anatomy and safety in courses for healthcare professionals. Each new patient visit begins with a 3D skin scan and a one-on-one review at no cost, and she consults in English or Spanish. She appears in treatment explainer videos, writes skincare and treatment guides for the clinic, and is writing a book on hormone health, aging and self-care.
