Kim Welch is the founder of The Pearl MedSpa. She is a nurse injector who has practiced for more than 21 years since completing injectable nursing training, and she has over 20 years of experience in aesthetic injectables. Her focus is cosmetic injectables, and she works as a National Trainer for Galderma. She has been recognized as a top and most-requested national cosmetic injectables trainer for the last eight years. She onboards new staff in cosmetic injectables and also instructs seasoned staff and physicians on newer treatments and procedures.
