Kim Starr is the owner and stylist at Neo Hair Design, which she opened in 2001. Before starting the salon, she worked at several of the city's top salons.
She has more than four decades of experience. Kim specializes in custom color and cuts, and in styles that look polished but are easy to keep up at home. She has provided hair services to many prominent figures in music and entertainment.
She starts by learning what each client wants from their hair, and gives home care advice.
