Kim Bouman is the founder of Kim Bouman Beauty & Academy, where she works as an artist and mentor. She has more than 25 years of experience in the beauty industry, beginning with traditional makeup and brow design before moving into permanent and paramedical artistry about eight years ago. She is also the founder of Primp Make-Up & Brow Lounge.
She works as a paramedical tattoo specialist and has served more than 10,000 clients, including people in Corona Del Mar and Newport Beach. She mentors students at the academy.
She keeps her skills current with newer permanent makeup techniques.
