Kevin Wheatley

Kevin Wheatley is a stylist with nearly two decades in the industry. He built his cutting and color skills at Fringe Salon in Wicker Park. His training began at a Redken school in Illinois and continued through an apprenticeship with Kenneth Farley, a Paul Mitchell educator. After relocating to Chicago, he shadowed another Paul Mitchell educator, Kelly Cardenas. Since then he has taken further Redken courses and furthered his education in Perfectress hair extensions and Keratin Complex and Brazilian BlowOut treatments. He works with Pravana Vivids and Pulp Riot fantasy shades and can handle advanced platinum blonde work. His specialties are color blocking, curly hair, micro trims and lived-in blonding.
