Kelsey Schaeffer

Kelsey Schaeffer is a board-certified physician assistant, PA-C, certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed by the Florida Board of Medicine. Dermatology is her listed specialty, spanning medical, surgical and cosmetic care, and her dermatology work across Florida covers over eight years. Patients in the Miami Beach community have been under her care since 2019. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from the University of Florida, graduating cum laude. A Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies came from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. She went through the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants Fellowship Program and is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She diagnoses and manages a broad range of skin conditions and carries out dermatologic surgical and in-office procedures. Her emphasis is on detecting skin cancer, educating patients and preventive care.
