About
Kelsey owns Salon 13 and also works as a stylist there. Hands-on experience began early, with an assistant role in a salon at age 16 while still in cosmetology school. Kelsey became a licensed hairstylist in 2007.
Training came from The Cosmetology Academy at Douglas Education Center, completed in January 2008. Douglas also granted an associate's degree in specialized business and a master's in cosmetology. Kelsey holds a cosmetology license, a cosmetology teacher's license, and an esthetician's certificate, and is certified in Lavish Lashes eyelash extensions.
Kelsey set a goal at 20 to own a salon by 30 and opened Salon 13 in October 2017. The work spans a varied client base.
