About

Kelly Wolfe is the owner of South Florida Face and Body and works there as a Family Nurse Practitioner, handling every consultation, injection, follow-up and lab review personally. She has given aesthetic injections in South Florida for more than ten years and has over thirty years of experience spanning health, fitness and clinical practice. She has worked alongside the dermatology and plastic surgery community in Miami. Her specialties are non-surgical aesthetic procedures, dermal fillers, biostimulators and neuromodulators, as well as functional medicine, hormone optimization, metabolic health and medical weight loss. Her training includes a Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus from the University of Miami. She also completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Science in Biochemistry at Missouri State University, where her graduate research examined metabolism and the roles of leptin and appetite-suppressing hormones. She has advanced training in root-cause diagnostics, hormone optimization, metabolic health and integrative wellness, and is pursuing further training in regenerative therapies, biologics and comprehensive diagnostics. She is authorized to diagnose, treat and prescribe medications in Florida. Her aesthetic plans are built around facial anatomy, skin and the client's goals, with hyaluronic acid filler or biostimulators chosen according to the area, the timeline and how fast a result is wanted. Before recommending treatment, she reviews health history, labs and goals, and considers sleep, hormones, metabolism and inflammation along with the face and skin. Plans are structural and conservative, meant to restore proportion and support. She schedules regular check-ins and adjusts plans as needed, calls clients the day after an injection and responds to their texts. Clients typically work with one injector and one consistent plan, and she is open about when a treatment is not a good fit.
