Kelli Marchewka

Kelli is a physician assistant (PA-C) who founded The WellSpa, where she also works as a provider. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and a master's in medical science from Nova Southeastern University, completed with highest honors. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and holds the PA-C credential. Her earlier clinical experience covers women's health, primary and urgent care, and emergency medicine.

Her interests lie in preventive health, vitamin deficiencies, hormone balance and healthy-aging treatments. She regards wellness as individual, with needs differing from one person to the next. At the clinic she leads hormone pellet therapy and Botox injections, and offers medical weight loss guidance together with Dr. Marina Pizarro, combining medication therapy with nutrition advice and lifestyle coaching, and building each plan around the root causes of weight gain.
