Keith Hanna

Keith Hanna is a board-certified plastic surgeon at Marietta Plastic Surgery, where his work centers on cosmetic surgery of the face, breast and body. Much of his practice is breast reconstruction for patients who have undergone breast cancer treatment, and he also performs hair transplants. He graduated cum laude from Clemson University and received his medical degree with honors from the Medical University of South Carolina. His surgical training included a general surgery residency at the University of Tennessee-Memphis, a plastic surgery residency at Vanderbilt University, and a fellowship in cosmetic and oculoplastic surgery at Paces Plastic Surgery. He belongs to the American Society of Plastic Surgery and was elected President of the Georgia Society of Plastic Surgeons. He has written publications on plastic surgery and has given presentations at scientific meetings both nationally and internationally. According to the practice, he was voted Best of Cobb Plastic Surgeon in 2022, and Atlanta Magazine listed him as a Top Doc in 2020, 2021 and 2022.
