Katie Hoy is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and the founder of Element Medical Aesthetics. She graduated from nursing school at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2013 and then worked in the neonatal intensive care unit at a large Dallas hospital. She earned her Nurse Practitioner master's from Texas Woman's University in 2019.
She began injecting in 2019, while working part-time at a plastic surgeon's med spa after finishing her master's. She returned to aesthetics in 2021 at a med spa in North Dallas and has completed aesthetic trainings and cadaver courses. Her specialties are full-facial balancing with filler and biostimulators.
