Katie started working as a hairstylist in 2012 and today runs Katherine Eva Hair from Darling Electric Salon. Her training came from the San Francisco Institute of Esthetics and Cosmetology. Her first eight years in the industry were at Peter Thomas Hair in North Berkeley. She then ran her own studio in Piedmont, Oakland for four years before moving to Darling Electric Salon. Further training has come through Deva Curl, Goldwell, Paul Mitchell, Bounce Curl, and Toni and Guy London.
