Katia Capasso

Reston-based KC Day Spa is run by Katia Capasso, who has spent roughly two decades in beauty. Her early work involved Lancome, Christian Dior cosmetics, NARS and MAC. Training began at Ivonne De Vilar, an aesthetics and makeup school in Northern Virginia, where she completed her studies in 2006. Further education includes courses from The International Dermal Institute, Alexandria Sugaring, Skinceuticals and GM Collins for skin care. Her services cover skin care, individualized facials, lash lifts, eyebrow lamination, body hair removal and makeup. Away from the spa, she freelances as a makeup artist for bridal parties and special events, covering weddings throughout the DMV area.
