Kathy Xiong

Kathy Xiong owns KVX Bridal & Beauty and works there as a hair and makeup artist. She is a licensed cosmetologist who trained at Paul Mitchell The School and graduated with honors, and she began working in a salon the day after she received her license.

Her focus is bridal hair styling and makeup artistry, with bridal Hollywood waves as her particular specialty. She started KVX Bridal & Beauty in 2018 with bridal makeup at its core.

Her certifications include two sessions with Makeup By Mario with Kim Kardashian, in 2015 and 2019; Hollywood Waves training with Senada Cenak, following a course in Staten Island in 2021; brow lamination and tinting; lash extensions; and tape-in extensions through Hot Heads. She works exclusively with Bellami Hair Extensions. In 2019 she travelled with the designers Mang and Shang Thao of Hill Tribe Fusion to New York Fashion Week. When she is not travelling for bridal work, she also cuts and colors hair in the salon.
