Kathryn Russo

Kathryn Russo founded KDR Aesthetics + Wellness, which she also owns, and she leads the practice's injectable services. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-BC), holding a BSN and an MSN with advanced practice certification as an FNP. She has worked as a nurse practitioner for more than twenty years, including in healthcare systems affiliated with leading academic medical institutions. Her career in aesthetic medicine began in 2009. She started out with non-surgical, minimally invasive treatments such as neuromodulators, dermal fillers and PRP/PRF therapies, and her work has since expanded into hormone replacement therapy, including pellet therapy, and into hormone optimization and peptide therapy, which she has practiced for over a decade. Medical weight management is part of her clinical work, and she has added O-Shot and P-Shot regenerative procedures to her services. She is a founding member of AMP MA, an organization devoted to professional collaboration in aesthetic medicine. Her aesthetic work has been featured on television, in InStyle Boston and in Forbes Magazine, and in 2024 a televised news segment highlighted her medical weight management and peptide therapy work.
