Kathleena Gorga

Kathleena Gorga works as an image consultant, mentor and EFT coach, and also as a self-image and beauty coach, hairstylist and makeup artist. Her beauty work started at Il Makiage Cosmetics in New York City in the 1980s, and she later became a licensed cosmetologist in New York City. She then freelanced as a makeup artist and hair stylist in Italy, Spain and France, working across fashion, commercial print advertising and music. Her training covers the Vidal Sassoon precision cutting program, Sassoon haircutting and color training, Eufora international haircutting training and Kemon color training. She holds a BFA in Theatre from New York University and completed post graduate studies at The Webber Douglas Academy in London in 1982. She is an Accredited Advanced Certified Practitioner with EFT International, a member of the international EFT Guild, and holds a Reiki master level 2 certification. Newsweek, Time, Elle, Glamour, Vogue Brides and Vogue have all featured her work. Brands that have booked her include Hewlett Packard, American Express, Coca Cola and Macy's, and she has worked with celebrities such as Emma Stone, Diane Sawyer, Heidi Klum, Tom Hanks and Steve Martin. She has also styled talent for press interviews and film festivals, among them Kristin Scott Thomas and Laura Dern. She pairs image consulting with EFT tapping to help clients work through negative self-image patterns. She is not a counselor, therapist or psychotherapist, and does not treat or diagnose conditions.
