Kathleen Ross is a stylist and partner at The Parlour Flatirons in Broomfield, where she co-opened the salon in 2010 with Evelyn Thoms and now co-leads it with her. Before opening Flatirons, she spent many years working alongside Evelyn at The Parlour Boulder and built her career within the company. She already had a large clientele in the Broomfield area when the salon opened.
