Kathleen Halaas

Kathleen Halaas works as a Master Stylist at Salon Boutique #39 in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she has served as Master Stylist and Master Colorist since 2016. Her experience listing begins in 1989 at Peaches Total Image Salon in Chesterfield, Michigan, where she was owner as well as Master Stylist and Master Colorist until 2016. She earned recognition as the number one salon for color and hair in the Metro Detroit area. Alongside salon work, she has taken on teaching roles. From 2007 to 2012 she was a Platform Artist, Level III, and Master Colorist and Cutter at Alfaparf Milano, and from 2018 to 2020 she was a Keune Educator at Keune Haircosmetics. Since 2010 she has been an Educator and Advisor at Shark Fin Professional Shears in Centerville, Iowa. She has held the Certified Hair Extension Master certification since 2017. She travels around the United States to teach color, texture and cutting. In her classes she aims for every student to take home at least one idea they can apply in their own salon. She considers ongoing professional education important in a field that is always changing. In her salon she builds extension looks suited to each client's individual style.
