Katherine Poulos, also known as Kali, founded Kali Wellness and designs educational events for clients and the community. She began her career as a hairstylist and now works as an aesthetician. She is a licensed cosmetologist and a certified functional medicine health coach.
Her studies include public health with an emphasis in nutrition at California State University, Fullerton. She has also done advanced training in Ayurvedic medicine with Vaidya Atreya Smith and worked with Sri Madhu Sai to deepen her understanding of the mind-body connection.
