Katherine Albarico

Katherine Albarico is an Integrative and Functional Nutritionist at Sanctum Med + Wellness. She holds a master's degree in Integrative and Functional Nutrition from Saybrook University and is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and a Certified Women's Integrative Medicine Institute Educator. She trained under Dr. Aviva Romm.

She has over a decade of experience in health, nutrition and Pilates. She is the first Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach in the Philippines, and she helped introduce Functional Medicine principles there in 2014. Her work centers on integrative and functional nutrition, lifestyle-based interventions and functional lab testing, with a focus on women's health concerns including PCOS, fertility, detoxification and hormonal balance.
