Kate Rice

Kate Rice operates Kate Rice Wellness from Suite 4 West. She has practiced bodywork for 22 years and trained at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona.

She worked for four years as a massage therapist and educator at Four Seasons Resorts and Spa in Scottsdale before moving back to Minnesota in 2001 to build a massage business. She studied deep tissue and therapeutic massage, neck and shoulder release, reflexology, prenatal massage and lymphatic drainage massage. In 2018 she completed The Ayurveda Health Counselor certification through the MN Institute of Ayurveda. Her approach combines these modalities into a customized session for each client.
