Karyna Yevsieieva

Karyna is an international makeup artist, hairstylist and makeup educator based in South Florida, and owns Karysha Beauty. She started her beauty career in Ukraine in 2014, after finishing beauty school there, and won a makeup championship a few months later. She has more than 12 years of experience as a makeup artist and has taught makeup since 2015.

Her backstage work includes fashion director roles at Milan Fashion Week, where she led the backstage makeup team twice, and at Paris, Berlin, Krakow and Budapest Fashion Weeks. Before moving to the United States in 2022 she owned a large makeup school in Ukraine, and she opened her own makeup school in Kyiv in 2017. She holds a certificate from École Jean-Pierre Fleurimon in Paris. She has served as a jury member at Milan Fashion Week's international makeup championship in 2018 and 2019 and at Budapest Fashion Week's in 2017, and she placed third at the International Makeup Championship at Rome Fashion Week. She is also an official judge in the Makeup category of the Pro Beauty World Championship 2026, Global Online Edition.

Her teaching includes one-on-one courses for people doing their own makeup, professional training for aspiring artists, and advanced courses for working artists. She has taught master classes in Los Angeles, Chicago and Miami, and previously in Krakow, Dubai and Ukraine. Her specialty is long-lasting makeup and hairstyling for Miami heat and humidity, and she works with all skin tones, skin types, hair textures and hair extensions. Soft Glam is her signature style. Past clients listed include actor Kunal Nayyar, businesswoman Vivian Tu, actress Denise Vasi and model Vita Sidorkina, along with artists Artem Pivovarov and Nadya Dorofeeva in Ukraine.
