About
Karla Hernandez is the director and a multi-practitioner at HBL Spa, which she founded. She discovered massage therapy while working at the Four Seasons Hotel, after building a career across continents in other fields.
She graduated from the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage in the class of 2001 and has more than 20 years of practitioner experience. She works with clients on chronic pain, post-operative recovery and everyday stress, and she continues to study modalities that support holistic healing.
She aims for every guest to leave feeling well.
