Kara Welle

Kara Welle is the owner and an Advanced Practice Esthetician at Aesthetica. She began her career in 2002, specializing in medical aesthetics, and is a licensed aesthetician and a certified laser specialist. She serves as the laser specialist, injection specialist and laser safety officer.

She has provided hundreds of non-surgical laser treatments, including resurfacing for aging and acne-scarred skin and pigmentation correction. Her focus includes advanced technologies for fat and cellulite reduction and non-invasive skin tightening, and she has developed treatment protocols for melasma. Her experience also covers chemical peels, microneedling, Hydrafacial and combination therapies. She is pursuing a role as a medical laser educator.

She holds Advanced Plasma Pen Technician, Advanced Skin Pen Technician and Advanced Les Encres PDO Threads Technician certifications, along with EM Sculpt and EM Tone technician certifications.
