About
Kara Turner is a licensed massage therapist who also practices as a Pain Elimination Specialist and Reiki practitioner. She brings more than twenty years of work in physical rehabilitation and massage. From 2009 through 2011, she served as the full-time massage therapist for the Denver Nuggets, and she continues to work with elite athletes abroad. Her Pain Elimination Technique is a session of 15 to 20 minutes given without undressing or applying lotion, and it can be added to any massage service. It is used for conditions including carpal tunnel syndrome, TMJ syndrome, plantar fasciitis, sciatica, frozen shoulder, tendonitis, migraines, neuropathy, disc problems, bursitis, facet syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome and digestive complaints.
