Kara P. is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Ashiatsu Practitioner. She trained at Spa Tech Institute in Plymouth, MA, became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2021, and recently completed an Ashiatsu course through Deep Feet Bar Therapy.

She combines Swedish and deep tissue techniques with trigger point therapy and hot stones. Ashiatsu is deep pressure massage performed with the feet: she stands on the table and uses her body weight for slow, continuous pressure.
