Kandy Russell is the owner, master stylist and founder of Snapdragon Salon, a hair salon on Camelback Road in Phoenix. She has been behind the chair for nearly three decades.
Color is her main specialty, and she has developed her own color techniques. For over two decades she has specialized in curly hair in the Phoenix area. Allure magazine named her the top Colorist in Arizona.
She has passed her color techniques and curl knowledge on to many apprentices over the years. Helping people discover their natural beauty is the most satisfying part of her work.
