Kamaria Nelson, M.D.

Kamaria Nelson, M.D., is a board-certified dermatologist whose main base is the Conway Farrar Drive office. Her practice spans general, cosmetic and surgical dermatology. Her undergraduate degree is from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia, and she completed master's and medical degrees at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. She trained in dermatology at George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, serving as academic chief resident in the final year. A dermatology research fellowship at George Washington University followed, with work on trials of treatments for atopic dermatitis, rosacea and psoriasis. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and her work has appeared in peer-reviewed journals and been presented at national dermatology meetings.
