Kacia Cowan owns and runs Kacia Cowan Artistry from her salon suite in New Braunfels. She has worked as a hair stylist for nearly two decades, and her career includes time behind the chair in Hollywood and in Houston's River Oaks district. Her work centers on custom color, luxury blonding and Slice Strands extensions.
