Justin Wasserman, MD, FAAD

Justin Wasserman is a board-certified dermatologist who also practices dermatopathology and microscopic dermatologic surgery, and he is a partner and co-owner of the practice. He holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in molecular biophysics and biochemistry from Yale University, both cum laude, and a medical degree (MD) from the University of Florida, where he finished first in his class. He did an internship in internal medicine at Shands Hospital in Jacksonville, then a dermatology residency at the University of Chicago, where he served as chief resident. A dermatopathology fellowship at the University of Chicago followed. He holds FAAD credentials. His focus areas are contact allergy testing, skin pathology and dermatologic Mohs surgery, and his caseload spans both surgical and general dermatology. He has authored several peer-reviewed journal articles and a book chapter on infectious disease. He belongs to the Florida Society of Dermatologic Surgeons and the American Academy of Dermatology.
