Justin Lynch owns the salon and works as a stylist. He began his career at a small multicultural salon in Florida, and at age 26 opened his own salon in Palm Beach. He has worked in hair for over 20 years. He trained under Vidal Sassoon. His client list has included Celine Dion, Brooke Shields, Stephanie Seymour and Christina Milian, and his work has been shown on runways for Oscar de la Renta, Valentino, Chanel and Badgley Mischka. It has also appeared in Harper's Bazaar, Instyle and Town & Country.
