Justin Kitchens

Justin Kitchens serves as Lead Wellness Clinician and Aesthetics Injector at Balanced Aesthetics + Wellness in Brookhaven, Atlanta. He practices as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse under the collaboration of a supervising medical professional, is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and works as a functional medicine practitioner at the clinic. He started out in marketing after completing his degrees at Kennesaw State University and spent five years in the corporate sector before moving into healthcare. His early nursing roles were as a registered nurse in critical care and psychiatric settings, and he later worked as a nurse practitioner in emergency medicine and psychiatry. He is currently pursuing advanced functional medicine training and a Post-Master's certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. At the clinic his focus is peptide therapy, hormone optimization, medical weight loss and regenerative wellness, and he also administers aesthetic injectables. He takes functional and integrative approaches to patient care.
